Borderlicious!

Late last night, I came across a lonesome skein of wool, in a beautiful petrol color - perfekt for a bubly border on the green shawl. Just enough for 4 rows, with picots on the last one. I´m happy with the result, the heaviness of the border even makes the shawl drape prettier!

borderlicious

And guess what - I´m about to cast on (crochet on?) for a 4th version. Went to the Zoologic Museum today and saw the most beautiful beetles (kind of like these ones - this is btw my new favorite site, just look at the pictures to be found and if your into to insects, it´s a treasure!) - they reminded me of a skein of Old Mill in the exact same colors (more or less).

...I´m addicted.

tusind tak - Siffe, gid det var mig der havde fundet på opskriften, men det kan jeg desværre ikke tage æren for ;-)
